Overall Opinion:
Overall, Align Probiotic is one of the better “daily” probiotics out there.
The first great thing about Align is that it’s extremely easy to take.
The capsules are small, you only need 1 capsule daily, and it’s safe to take every day.
Align even suggests taking it like a vitamin and at a time you can remember and be consistent with– so it’s very flexible!
Second, the capsules come in an awesome blister pack.
The blister pack has 7 capsules that are each labeled the days of the week!
This is a unique packaging idea that I’ve never seen before on any other probiotic.
It makes it so much easier to get into a routine and remind you when to take them, according to the corresponding day of the week.
Another convenient perk is that these capsules don’t need to be refrigerated.
Third, studies have been done with Align and women suffering with IBS and after 4 weeks, their symptoms (gas, bloating, constipation) were greatly improved. It’s always nice to see research!
As much as I like Align as a whole, there is a downside to it.
One big concern is that it contains milk.
This makes it a big allergy concern and those with lactose intolerance shouldn’t take it.
