LiveWell Labs Pro45 Live Probiotics gets 2.5 out of 5 stars from me.
I was on the fence with this particular probiotic supplement. It has some good qualities to it but other things that I don’t like.
I’ll go over the pros and cons to help break it down for you!
So let’s start with what I like about it.
It’s a clinical grade formula, which means it works best for those with specific ailments like digestive disorders.
I have IBS and I felt like my digestion was a little better and I wasn’t as bloated.
It has delayed release capsules that are meant to help resist stomach acid and deliver the probiotics to the intestinal tract.
It includes a prebiotic fiber, which helps boost the growth of Bifidobacteria and Lactobacilli strains.
The vegetarian capsules are allergy friendly and very natural.
It’s NON-GMO, dairy free, soy free, gluten free, and preservative free.
You only have to take 1 capsule daily, either on an empty stomach or between meals, and it doesn’t need to be refrigerated.
So now let’s go over the cons of this probiotic supplement.
One of my biggest problems is that it’s SUPER expensive…
It’s almost $56 for a 30-day supply. That’s way more than the average probiotic.
Also, the company is pretty sales-y and tries pushing $240 and $140 bottle bundles.
That’s a massive pet peeve of mine…so it loses major points there.
It’s also NOT safe for kids.
It’s only recommended for adults 18 years and older.
The formula uses 2 probiotic strains that I really don’t like.
And I got some side effects while taking this supplement.
So overall, this product might be worth trying if you have a specific ailment like a digestive disorder.

Ingredients/Strain Profile
In each capsule of LiveWell Labs Pro45 Live Probiotics there are 45 billion cells in 11 probiotic strains.
Two strains make up the majority of the live cultures, which are Bifidobacterium lactis Bl-04™ and Lactobacillus acidophilus La-14™ (13.5 billion each).
Bifidobacterium lactis has been shown to help improve immune function and helps fight against occasional diarrhea.
And Lactobacillus acidophilus is one of my top favorite probiotic strains.
It’s naturally found in the body, mostly in the intestines and vagina.
Studies show it may help promote digestive and respiratory health.
Lactobacillus acidophilus also produces lactase, which helps break down the sugar in milk.
So it may help if you have lactose intolerance.
The formula uses a few strains that I’m not the biggest fan of.
These strains are Lactobacillus casei and Bacillus coagulans.
Lactobacillus casei can be aggressive and overrun the good bacteria in the body. But it may help promote healthy digestion.
Bacillus coagulans creates spores in the body and causes side effects in some people (me being one of them!) But it’s been shown to help keep optimal balance of bacteria.
Allergy Concerns
LiveWell Labs Pro45 Live Probiotics seems to be allergy friendly.
It doesn’t list any allergy concerns.
It’s FREE of lactose/dairy, gluten, and soy.
The formula is also free of any synthetic fillers, animal by-products, GMOs or preservatives.
The bottle says it’s vegan but the website just says that it’s vegetarian.
So I’m not sure which one to go with.
The other ingredients include: Long grain rice flour, vegetable cellulose (veggie capsules).
Price/Value
For 30 capsules, which is a 30-day supply, it costs $49.95.
But you also have to pay $5.95 for shipping.
So that brings the grand total to $55.90.
That’s incredibly expensive!
Over $55 for only 1 month’s worth of probiotics.
Ouch!
The company tries to upsell you, as well.
When you go to the Pro45 page, it automatically selects the 3-bottle option, which is $139.95 ($46.65/ per bottle).
Then they have a 6-bottle bundle for $240.00 ($40.00/ per bottle).
Both of those bundles are just SO ridiculously expensive.
And I don’t like when companies are pushy with their overpriced package deals.
Side Effects
I had side effects while taking LiveWell Labs Pro45 Live Probiotics.
I had some belly discomfort.
It wasn’t horrible but it was definitely noticeable.
This is a potent probiotic! So be warned.
It’s certainly not simply for daily use but more for a specific ailment.
