Nature Made Dual Action Probiotic + Energy B12 Adult Gummies gets an overall rating of 2 out of 5 stars.
This probiotic has a few positive notes but I have some issues with it.
Let’s start off with what I like.
First off, it’s a gummy and it tastes fantastic.
Some gummies leave much to be desired but these are nice and chewy and sweet.
It’s not overly sweet and reminds me of a fruit snack.
The flavors are raspberry and cherry.
The directions are easy, just take 2 gummies per day.
It doesn’t specify when to take them so whenever is most convenient for you.
I like that you don’t have to refrigerate it BUT store them at or below 75 degrees.
I live in the sunny state of Arizona and unfortunately my bottle got a little too hot and all my gummies are stuck together. Such a pain!
Now let’s talk about what I don’t like about this probiotic.
So, I adore the idea of a gummy but I have yet to be impressed with a quality probiotic gummy.
Almost all gummies that I’ve seen only use 1 strain, Bacillus coagulans.
They also usually they have a low CFU count.
This one is better with 4 billion CFU, but still not quite there.
We’d like to see a few more billion CFU.
These gummies just aren’t diverse or potent enough to make a difference.
I honestly didn’t see much or any difference while taking these.
I do like that it includes Vitamin B12, that’s an awesome addition!
However, we’re more focused on digestive health here.
And it really just misses the mark.
It’s not allergy friendly at all and contains wheat, coconut, and gelatin.
Another point is this probiotic is only intended for adults and isn’t safe for kids.
Overall, we like the idea of this probiotic gummy but it just falls flat in our opinion.
