Overall Opinion:

I gave Naturotics 30 Billion CFU’s Probiotic a 2.5 out of 5 stars because it’s fairly average.

It has some things I like but also things I don’t like.

I do like that it’s formulated to resist stomach acid.

This is very important because the friendly bacteria need to survive your stomach acid in order to get to where they need to go to make you feel better.

This probiotic is also non-GMO.

It’s easy to use, just take 1 capsule daily with a meal.

The capsules are also easy to swallow and smaller than average.

This probiotic is shelf stable, but it does recommend refrigerated to maximize potency.

What I don’t like is that this probiotic goes a little overboard with strains and cells.

It has 30 billion CFUs and 10 strains.

Sometimes side effects are more common when a surplus of each is used.

This is definitely meant for a specific ailment and for short-term use.

It’s also not safe for children under 18 years old.

One last thing is that it’s pretty expensive and not worth the price in my opinion.

So overall, I gave this probiotic 2.5 out of 5 stars because it’s a middle of the road probiotic.

The Details:

Ingredients/Strain Profile

Naturotics 30 Billion CFU’s Probiotic has 30 billion cells (as the name suggests) in 10 probiotic strains.

In particular, I like that Lactobacillus acidophilus is used.

Lactobacillus acidophilus is a friendly bacterium that’s naturally found in the body, mostly in the intestines and vagina.

Studies show that this strain may help prevent diarrhea, skin problems, vaginal infections, lactose intolerance, and Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) symptoms.

It may also help with common stomach ailments like gas, bloating, and constipation.

One strain I’m not a fan of is Lactobacillus casei.

This probiotic strain has been shown to be rather aggressive and can even overrun the good bacteria in the body.

Allergy Concerns

Naturotics 30 Billion CFU’s Probiotic doesn’t seem to have any allergy concerns.

The only thing is that it’s manufactured in a facility that may also process wheat, gluten, soy, fish, shellfish, peanuts, tree nuts, eggs, and milk.

The other ingredients include: vegetable cellulose (DRcaps®), low moisture rice dextrin, and medium chain triglycerides.

Price/Value

It costs $29.99 for 30 capsules, which lasts you 1 month.

This works out to be a whopping $0.99 per day to take this probiotic.

That’s definitely more expensive than most supplements.

I honestly don’t think it’s worth it, there are much better probiotics out there for specific ailments.

So I wouldn’t say it’s a good value for the price.

Side Effects

I didn’t notice any negative side effects while taking Naturotics 30 Billion CFU’s Probiotic.

I was actually pretty surprised about this.

This is a potent probiotic with 30 billion CFU’s and 10 strains.

With stronger supplements there’s sometimes a higher chance of side effects like belly pain, gas, or bloating.

So keep this in mind!

Guarantee

I wasn’t able to find any sort of guarantee for Naturotics 30 Billion CFU’s Probiotic.

This is a disappointing, I really like when companies offer their customers at least some type of guarantee.

If you buy the product from online retailers like Amazon, you might be able to get a refund, though.
