Overall Opinion:

Overall, at 3.5 out of 5 stars, UP4 Daily Probiotic by UAS LifeSciences is an above average daily probiotic.

This particular product has a lot of the things I look for in a probiotic.

It’s very easy to use; just take 1 capsule daily before or during meals.

The capsules are also a bit smaller than average, so that’s good.

They’re vegan, which is always awesome when companies can follow those guidelines.

UP4 Daily Probiotic has a great strain profile and the 5 billion CFUs make it ideal for daily use.

The price is very affordable.  It only costs $16.59 for a 2-month supply.

The company does a great job formulating the capsules because they don’t use any harmful preservatives or GMOs.

The capsules are also dairy free, soy free, and gluten free, making it very allergy friendly.

There are only 2 areas that I don’t like.

One thing is that you have to refrigerate these capsules after opening.  This makes them not as stable.

The second is these aren’t safe for kids.

Overall, I think UP4 Daily Probiotic is an above average probiotic and is a good value, allergy friendly, has a good strain profile and CFUs but it’s not safe for kids and has to be refrigerated.

Ingredients/Strain Profile

In UP4 Daily Probiotic there are 5 billion CFUs in 2 probiotic strains.

I really like the use of Lactobacillus acidophilus DDS-1.

This is an extremely well known and researched probiotic strain.

It has been shown to help with stomach issues such as gas, bloating and constipation.

Lactobacillus acidophilus may also be able to help with Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) and Crohn’s Disease.

It has also been researched to show potential boosts in immune function and decreasing the chances of getting a urinary tract infection (UTI) or yeast infections.

Bifidobacterium longum is the second probiotic strain used.

I like this strain because it has potential health benefits such as reducing inflammation of the body, alleviating diarrhea, lowering high cholesterol, and reducing certain allergies.

In April 1997, according to a research study done in Carcinogenesis, it shows that B. longum may potentially inhibit the growth of colon cancer.

This is based on B. longum’s possible antimutagenic and anticarcinogenic properties.

Further research needs to be done on the topic but the potential is there.

Allergy Concerns

UP4 Daily Probiotic is very allergy friendly.

The capsules are non-dairy, gluten free, and soy free.

As a perk, the capsules are also vegan, non-GMO, and preservative free.

This is the way to my heart!  I love when companies bypass all the nasty chemicals and preservatives.

The only thing that may be an allergy concern is rice maltodextrin.

Some people have trouble with rice.

The other ingredients are: vegetable cellulose, vegetable magnesium stearate, silica, and Fructooligosaccharides (FOS).

Price/Value

For a 60-capsule bottle, lasting 2 months, it costs $16.59.

This works out to be $0.27 a day to take these.

27 cents daily is an incredible deal.

I haven’t seen such a good value in awhile.

I definitely think you get your money’s worth with UP4 Daily Probiotic.

Side Effects

I didn’t experience any negative side effects while taking UP4 Daily Probiotic.

This is always a plus.

At 5 billion CFUs, it’s a perfect amount for daily use and is gentle.

Unfortunately, I couldn’t find any sort of satisfaction or money back guarantee for UP4 Daily Probiotic.

This is a bummer.
