Overall, at 3 out of 5 stars, Naturenetics Flora Pro-Health Daily Probiotic is a slightly above average product.
What I like is that the product is easy to use.
You only have to take 1 capsule daily, with or before a meal.
The capsules are also convenient because you don’t have to refrigerate them.
They come in specially designed blister packs that keep out oxygen and moisture, which can reduce the potency of the probiotic cells.
The capsules are also vegan, vegetarian, and free of artificial flavors and colors.
I appreciate products that don’t add in any unnecessary ingredients.
This probiotic is also very allergy friendly.
It’s free of gluten, lactose, milk, wheat, egg, soybeans, fish, shellfish, peanuts, and tree nuts.
What I don’t like about this probiotic is that is goes overboard with the probiotic cells.
30 billion is too high for a daily probiotic in my opinion.
We often think that more is better but too many cells can actually cause adverse side effects such as abdominal pain, gas, and bloating.
I’m also not a fan of one of the probiotic strains, Lactobacillus casei.
This strain is aggressive and can cause side effects.
This probiotic is also not safe for kids.
Overall, at 3 out of 5 stars, I think this probiotic is slightly above average probiotic because it’s allergy friendly, convenient, and stable but it’s also not safe for kids, may cause side effects, and goes overboard with the cells.

Of note, I like the use of Lactobacillus acidophilus.
This particular probiotic strain has been researched quite extensively.
It has been researched to show potential benefits for those with Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS).
Lactobacillus acidophilus may also help with diarrhea, constipation, gas, bloating, and vaginal infections.
Unfortunately, I’m not a fan of Lactobacillus casei.
This probiotic has been shown to be fairly aggressive in the sense that it can overrun the “good” probiotics by occupying areas that other probiotics might have taken in the body.
The point of probiotics is to balance out the good and bad bacteria in the body, not make it harder for the good bacteria to survive.
