I love that this probiotic is a gummy!
Gummies have a soft spot in my heart or maybe it’s just my sweet tooth in general.
Nonetheless, it makes taking your daily probiotic fun and yummy.
The gummies taste good, too! I’d say they taste like fruit juice in a gummy form.
This probiotic is also great because it’s safe for kids 2 years and older.
The directions say to take 2 gummies daily.

At only 2 billion CFU, it’s gentle for kids and daily use.
Now for what I don’t like about these gummies…
They are NOT allergy friendly because they contain WHEAT and TREE NUTS (COCONUT).
I was really disappointed to see both of these allergens in this product because many people have these allergies.
Especially wheat because many digestive disorders leave people with a wheat and gluten allergy.
It also only contains one strain and I’m not even a fan of it.
