Overall Opinion:
Overall, at 2 out of 5 stars, SureBiotics is a below average probiotic.
I’m not a big fan of this probiotic.
$65 is really expensive for a probiotic (not to mention their website makes it really hard to order their product without getting bombarding with add-ons, auto-renewals, and upsells…but that’s a different story).
I also don’t like the tablets, which you take once daily on an empty stomach.
I don’t like tablets in general and these are made with a lot of extra ingredients that make me slightly wary.
I like it better when supplements can keep the ingredient list low and use natural ingredients that I can actually pronounce :)
This probiotic is also only safe for adults 18 years of age and older.
Lastly, their guarantee isn’t the best and you never get your money back, only store credit or a new bottle of the probiotics.
On the positive side…
I’m OK with the strain they used, which is Bacillus coagulans, even though it’s not my favorite because it has been shown to help with immune and digestive function.
I also like that the cells are good until the expiration date and you don’t have to refrigerate this probiotic.
Overall, I don’t like SureBiotics because it’s expensive, uses many added ingredients, isn’t safe for kids and doesn’t have the best satisfaction guarantee even though it does use a good probiotic strain.

Ingredients/Strain Profile
SureBiotics contains 15 billion CFUs, in one probiotic strain.
The strain used is Bacillus coagulans.
I’m OK with the use of this strain because it has been shown to help with digestive health and ailments such as Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS).
This strain may also help decrease gas, abdominal pain, and bloating.
Bacillus coagulans has been researched to show potential boosts in immune function and fighting off invading pathogens and viruses.
This strain is also very hardy, making it a better candidate to survive stomach acid and get to your gastrointestinal tract to go to work.
On the other hand, this strain tends to cause side effects for me. It may work alright for others, but for me, it’s not my favorite.
Allergy Concerns
SureBiotics doesn’t contain any major allergy concerns.
It does contain quite a few added ingredients that I wasn’t a fan of.
I like when supplements keep the added ingredients nice and short and as natural as possible.
The other ingredients are: Microcrystalline cellulose, dicalcium phosphate, stearic acid, croscarmellose sodium, magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide, NS enteric clear, deionized water, eastacryl 30D kollicoat mae 30, plasacryl, propylene glycol.
Price/Value
For a 60-tablet bottle, it costs $64.99, which lasts for 2 months.
This ends up being $1.08 a day to take these tablets.
$65 and over $1 per day is very expensive for a daily probiotic.
I don’t think that this is a good value.
Side Effects
I did get side effects while taking SureBiotics.
This was a bummer.
My stomach hurt and was sensitive when I first started taking these tablets.
I definitely don’t like getting side effects while taking probiotics.
Guarantee
SureBiotics provides a guarantee that only seems to benefit the supplier, not the customer.
They have a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on their products, but the products need to be sealed and unopened.
Even with a sealed product, you only ever get store credit, never a cash refund.
For SureBiotics specifically, they give you 60 days to try the product and if you aren’t satisfied then they will send you another bottle for free.
This seems counterproductive, if the product didn’t work, you probably don’t want another bottle of the exact same probiotic.
Overall, I’m not impressed with this guarantee.
