I ended up liking it a bit more than average and give it 3 out of 5 stars.
You only have to take 1 vegetarian capsule per day with a meal. It says to store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and keep out of reach of children.
This probiotic has a good, balanced formula with 5 billion CFU and 8 probiotic strains.
It also has a prebiotic fiber blend that helps keep the healthy bacteria alive.
It’s only $12.99 for a 2-month supply and Amazon backs it with a 1-year money back guarantee.
The capsules are allergy friendly and I didn’t have any icky side effects.
I think this is a good option for adults with low to moderate digestive issues.
I have a wider range of ailments spanning from Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS), constipation, stomach pain and bloating to food and seasonal allergies.
