Overall Opinion:
Nature’s Way Probiotic Pearls® Women’s is a daily support probiotic made for women.
It’s intended to help support vaginal and urinary tract health, promote digestive regularity, and support a healthy immune system.
I love to see a probiotic geared towards women’s health because women need specific care for their bodies inside and out.
But this probiotic didn’t “wow” me in any way and I ended up giving it 2.5/5 stars.
I like the unique probiotic pearls because they’re super tough and made with an advanced triple-layer coating that protects each pearl from air, heat, moisture, and stomach acid. This is important so that they can survive the journey down to your small intestine, where they’re needed most.
The pearls come in a blister pack and are really convenient to store and don’t need to be refrigerated.
You only have to take 1 pearl softgel daily and you can take it with or without food (just don’t chew or crush).
The pearls are teeny tiny and although I like smaller supplements, I had a hard time swallowing these sometimes. The pearl would get caught in my throat and it felt like swallowing a tiny candy accidentally. There was even a time where I coughed it back up and it came shooting out!
I like the strains they use but I wish they included more than just 1 billion CFU and 3 strains because formulas need to be a bit more potent to really do some good.
I didn’t have any negative side effects, which is great! However, they contain fish and soy, which are major allergy concerns!
I think this is a middle of the road probiotic and would be better suited to someone looking for general maintenance or occasional relief and not someone with more frequent issues or specific ailments.

Nature’s Way Probiotic Pearls® Women’s contains 1 billion CFU and 3 probiotic strains in each pearl.
The strains used are Lactobacillus acidophilus NCFM®, Lactobacillus rhamnosus LR-32, and Lactobacillus plantarum LP-115.
I like that they list out the specific strains used for each probiotic.
All three strains of Lactobacilli in this probiotic help support digestive regularity and healthy vaginal flora. They may also support immune health and protect against occasional bloating, constipation, and digestive discomfort.
Lactobacillus rhamnosus LR-32 is shown to help with treating and preventing diarrhea, relieving IBS symptoms, promoting the growth of more beneficial gut bacteria, and preventing urinary tract infections (UTIs).
Another great addition is Lactobacillus acidophilus NCFM®. Studies show that this particular strain may help treat and prevent vaginal infections, promote weight loss, reduce allergies, and even potentially help lower cholesterol.
Lactobacillus plantarum LP-11 is the last probiotic in the lineup and is known for helping reduce gas-promoting bacteria in the intestines, stabilizing digestive enzyme patterns, and aiding in proper intestinal permeability.
I do wish this probiotic was more potent and had more CFU and probiotic strains to help pack a bigger punch.
It’s also lacking a prebiotic, which is something we like to see because it helps feed the friendly bacteria and help them survive.
Allergy Concerns
This probiotic definitely has some major allergy concerns.
The capsules contain fish (tilapia) and soy.
It’s so odd to see these allergens in a probiotic, especially fish.
So definitely be careful if you’re allergic or sensitive to either of those.
The Probiotic Pearls don’t contain any of these, though: sugar, salt, yeast, gluten, dairy products, artificial colors, artificial flavors, wheat, or preservatives.
The other ingredients in this supplement include: palm oil, fish gelatin (Tilapia), glycerin, soy lecithin, pectin.

Side Effects
I didn’t have any side effects while taking this probiotic.
It’s definitely on the more gentle side so it didn’t cause any of the typical side effects like gas, bloating, or stomach cramps.
However, I didn’t notice many positive effects either.
My IBS symptoms were only a touch better and I really wish it had done more for me.
