I’m just not impressed after testing out NutriSuppz Probiotics Ultra 40 Billion CFU’s.
I give it a 1.5 out of 5 star rating.
This probiotic just missed the mark for me.
Let’s dive into some of the main points.
First off, you have to take 2 veggie capsules daily. Take one capsule in the morning and one in the evening and take each 30 minutes before a meal.
I prefer just the one and done method and not having to worry about timing out my meals with my supplements.
Also, for some reason these capsules got stuck in my throat sometimes. So make sure you drink plenty of water with each one.
My biggest problem was that I just didn’t see any improvements with this probiotic.
I need a quality supplement to rely on to help with my IBS symptoms like gas, bloating, and constipation.
Luckily, I didn’t have any side effects, so that’s a plus!
BUT this probiotic is definitely potent and goes overboard with the CFUs in my opinion.
So it may cause some uncomfortable side effects in some people.
I wish it had a few more probiotic strains, too.
It only has 4 strains and I like to see around 6-8 to give the supplement some good diversity.
