Overall Opinion:
Revly One Daily Adult Probiotic is an Amazon Brand. This specific product has the black “Amazon’s Choice” tag, which is obviously a clever move on Amazon’s part.
I’m always interested to try Amazon brand items and see how they measure up to other health brands.
Unfortunately, this particular product didn’t jive with me. I only give it 1.5 out of 5 stars.
My biggest issue is that even after finishing the full 1-month supply, I didn’t see any noticeable improvement or changes.
After personally testing hundreds of probiotics, I definitely know when something is working or not.
And with Revly Probiotic, I didn’t feel any improvements with my Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) symptoms like bloating, belly pain, and constipation. I also didn’t see any changes in overall immune health or digestion. It may have been a fluke, but I feel like towards the end of the bottle I started seeing symptoms of a yeast infection or something being off. Daily probiotics have a multitude of benefits and one of them is preventing and treating vaginal health, so that’s a real bummer.
I do like the 2 strains they used in the formula, which are Bifidobacterium lactis BI-04 & Lactobacillus acidophilus La-14.
They also included 2 different fibers to help feed the healthy bacteria.
However, 50 billion CFU for a daily supplement is overkill and 2 strains isn’t diverse enough to make an effective probiotic. Super potent probiotics also have a knack for causing unwanted side effects.
The capsules themselves are small, easy to swallow, don’t need to be refrigerated, and are vegetarian.
But it mentions multiple times that these capsules are for adults only and are not safe for kids.
One thing that I was really impressed with was their 1-year satisfaction guarantee.
Although I don’t recommend this particular probiotic and think there are FAR more better suited for your health… if this probiotic tickles your fancy for some reason, at least you can try it safely knowing you can get a refund for any reason within a year.

Ingredients/Strain Profile
Revly One Daily Adult Probiotic has 50 billion CFU and 2 strains in each capsule.
I like that they list out the specific strains and CFU for each and don’t just put everything under the label “proprietary blend”.
The first and main strain used is 40 billion CFU of Bifidobacterium lactis BI-04.
This is a multi-purpose beneficial bacteria that’s found in the gut. Studies show that it helps regulate the immune system, improves and regulates digestive functions, reduces the frequency and severity of respiratory diseases, and decreases the side effects of antibiotics.
B. lactis has also been shown to reduce nasal allergies, positive effects for inflammatory bowel disease, and is highly resistant to stomach acid (so it can survive and get to where it needs to go in your body).
The second strain used in this formula is 10 billion CFU Lactobacillus acidophilus La-14.
This is another multi-functional healthy bacteria that’s naturally found in the mouth, gut, and vagina.
L. acidophilus LA-14 is highly acidic and bile-resistant, so it can safely travel from the mouth to the large intestine. It’s also very good at sticking to intestinal cells, which is crucial so it can exert its supportive effects on the body.
Research shows this particular probiotic helps promote proper gut health, immune function, vaginal health support, and kidney health.
When this strain colonizes in the body, it’s shown to balance out bacteria levels and push out pathogens and harmful bacteria. L. acidophilus LA-14 is also great for treating and preventing vaginal infections and bacterial vaginosis (BV).
This product also contains Fructooligosaccharides (FOS) and Larch Arabinogalactan 25mg (FiberAid). I wasn’t immediately familiar with the ingredient Larch Arabinogalactan.
I researched it a bit online and it’s very similar to FOS. Larch arabinogalactan is a fiber that ferments in the intestine. It increases healthy intestinal bacteria and helps balance the overall bacteria levels. This fiber and FOS both act as a fertilizer for the friendly bacteria and benefit the health of the digestive tract.
Allergy Concerns
This probiotic doesn’t have any allergy concerns.
They don’t specifically list anything on the bottle or site though.
I prefer when companies put explicitly what’s not in it, like gluten free, dairy free, etc.
The capsules are vegetarian, which they do mention a number of times.
The other ingredients include: Vegetarian capsule (modified cellulose, gellan gum), cellulose, magnesium stearate, vegetable stearin, and silica.

I bought this on Amazon (no surprise there since it’s their own brand).
A bottle is $16.99 for 30 capsules.
It’s a one daily probiotic and the bottle lasts you 1 month.
It works out to be 56 cents per day to take this supplement.
That’s definitely a great price and cost and less expensive than average.
However, for me the price isn’t worth it because I didn’t see any noticeable improvements while taking it.
Side Effects
I didn’t see any negative side effects while taking this probiotic.
It has a very potent 50 billion CFU, which usually leads to some discomfort at the beginning.
Oddly enough, I just didn’t feel much of anything while taking the entire 30-day supply.
No bad symptoms but no noticeable benefits either.
